Yonah Shlomo Kaufman, a resident of Beit Shemesh, works in real estate and finance and is active in his community. He markets and sells apartments in early-stage development projects and advises on property valuations, mortgages, and real estate taxation.

From 2011 to 2016 he was a private banker at TBC Bank, working directly with high-net-worth clients, and took part in closing large transactions, among them the acquisition of a 2,500-unit residential complex in Houston, Texas, and a portfolio of twenty-four industrial and warehouse properties across twelve U.S. states.

From 2016 to 2020 he managed business development at Build to Suits, developing drive-thru commercial properties from the ground up across the United States, working with franchisees, architects, engineers, contractors, and lenders, and negotiating loans, land acquisitions, construction budgets, and leases. From 2020 to 2021 he was chief operating officer of Tama Jameson, sourcing and underwriting urban renewal (TAMA 38) projects in Israel, and from 2021 to 2023 he was head of corporate structure at Invest Squared.

In his community he is a board member and senior volunteer at the Kupah Shel Tzedaka of Ramat Beit Shemesh, a board member of the Maaneh Center for the prevention of child abuse, a trained mountain-biking guide with the Geerz therapeutic mountain-biking club, and chairs the committee of his neighborhood’s street-maintenance association.
